Even though I started blogging last week, this is my first post! Last Saturday, my family and I went to a blueberry farm. Altogether, we picked 32 lbs. of blueberries! We all had alot of fun spending time together as the family. Here is a blueberry cobbler recipe I tried out yesterday; it was delicious!
Blueberry Cobbler
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
4 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 dish. In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk; pour evenly over butter. Combine berries, sugar and water; spoon evenly over flour mixture. Do not stir. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
(You can use white, whole wheat or spelt flour for this recipe).
